> We had Performance Construction add 750 sq feet to our house (a new bonus room and an upstairs room) as well as completely remodel our master bathroom and redo our backyard hardscape.  We had previously hired them for a small bathroom remodel and a termite repair job.

> Mike gave us by far the most complete estimate of what the job would cost.  He never tried to charge more than the estimate (though we did add much more on our own as the job progressed).  Everything was done professionally and on time.  The work teams were always prompt, never missed a day, and always kept the area clean.
