I have found Tim to be very professional, personable, a first class person and a first class builder. I've shot a lot of new construction in 15+ years of photography and can tell you Tim's work is outstanding. He pays close attention to quality and detail in his workmanship. Being an outdoor enthusiast, I really appreciate Tim's ability to preserve the natural surroundings (trees, grass, rock, rolling elements of terrain) and lay of the land in his his work. His implementation of woodwork (floor, cabinetry, trim), tile, countertops, backsplashes, vanities, showers and lighting features are unique and compelling. Perhaps most impressive is the positive things I hear Tim's customers say about him and his work while I'm shooting his homes. Custom projects of the size and scope Tim builds take a lot of time and can be very stressful. The kind of things said about Tim are indicative of the kind of builder and person he is. We had significant input throughout the design and construction. An excellent interior designer and a old-hand building superintendent were added to our team to ensure all of the details were done correctly and that our punch list was completed in a timely fashion.
