Major renovations were made to a 60+ year old home. After initial planning, a major storm caused major damage when a large tree fell on the house. The Ferrier team was able to accommodate all adjustments to project scope, schedule, and budget. Services included Design Concepts, Permits, Planning, Budgeting and Scheduling. > Communication was excellent and all questions and concerns were addressed immediately. The quality of work and attention to detail was refreshing and as work progressed regular “walk throughs” were conducted to ensure complete satisfaction throughout the project. > Recommendations were made concerning materials and design that improved the overall project. In 2014 we decided to jump head first into an extensive renovation of our house, which was built in 1955. Ferrier listened to us and offered solutions to many problems that we weren't sure would be resolved easily. They helped with structural upgrades such as, a new roof replacement for our low pitched and flat roof areas, as well as windows, exterior repairs and painting. On the interior of the house we gutted our 1955 kitchen that was in poor shape and added updated electrical, tankless water heater and they designed and built an absolutely stunning kitchen that is modern and retro just as we wanted. They were always professional, on time and kept us informed during what can be an unnerving process of having your house torn up while trying to live in it at the same time.
