In the past they were fast with call backs and repairs. But now I have been waiting almost a month with no call back for service and it has escalated to my shower not shutting off and I still get no call back. The workers were respectful and cleaned up (even though they had very little mess overall), and when the job was done, we had several followups with supervisors, etc. There were a couple of areas of concern on the outer trim, but all was rectified and very hassle free. TundraLand sales people, installers, supervisors and anyone else we had contact with, were all VERY professional and were determined to not call it complete until we were completely satisfied!!
