We were a small job compared to a lot of their work, but were always treated respectfully and as though we were a million dollar client.  I loved their professionalism, courtesy, and attention to detail. They also made sure each subcontractors' work was up to par or else they attended to it themselves. One example was the weekend when unexpected downpours led to several emergency trips to our house. Bob spent hours in the rain cheerfully fixing an inadequately waterproofed piece of roofing that was leaking down into our main structure, and helped us deal with all the interior moisture.
