> I am a contractor but needed help building my first pool. I spoke with several other pool contractors about what I wanted to do but wasn't impressed. Immediately after I met Joe I knew it was the right fit. I wasn't getting designs, quotes or even return calls from the others but Joe had a designer measuring my space and an initial plan within a week! So far the layout, dig, shell and plumbing has been timely (especilly due to bad weather constraints) and gone very smooth. As a contractor I know how projects of this scale can be frustrating but the Complete Pool guys have been good to work with with a high caliber of skill. My project isnt complete yet but I am confident it will be in time to jump in!

> This pool company is not reliable and over promises, but under delivers. Joe (the owner talks a big talk, but being from Florida, his fly by night operation wouldn't survive for 6-months, competing with professionals who really know how to build a quality pool. The original quote provided wasn't even close to the final price, as we paid more than double the estimate, so be very careful and ask for multiple references (he has a network of Contractors who refer him business, so talk to actual consumers). Additionally, we had to hire a different company to fix all of the problems Complete Pools left behindl. The employees and/or subcontractors were also rude and disrespectful (after they received their money). We definitely would NOT refer Joe or Complete Pools to our worst enemy!

Complete Pools is in Kansas City always has been and always will be. Who is from Florida ? To be such a pathetic individual to put a review on a company that you know nothing about or have never even done any business with just to get your little jollies must be rather gratifying to someone who has never owned a business or has the intelligence to run one , but rather is such a low life they  want to tear others down who are successful to make themselves feel better . Wouldn't last 6 months or fly by night  ? Complete Pools  has been in business since 1991 and we have thousands of customers that we have built pools for and continue to build their pools for new homes that they own. The majority of our business comes from word of mouth from customer to customer.  We always give consumer referrals not contractor referrals Mr Bright One. So my only suggestion is to check your facts and go grab more snacks and sit on your couch and grab your little computer and hide behind the keys since you cannot type your name or number to see what your talking about and tear some other businesses apart. Its great to see someone hide behind a fake account and say such defamatory things and not have the courage to actually give your information. Your a great person may karma come your way.

> Complete Pools did our pool build in 2014 and we have been ecstatic ever since. Joe really knows his stuff and guided us "noobs" through the entire process. Unlike other contractors who get upset when you change things, Joe was always willing and happy to accommodate and I mean.....we changed the layout of the Bar/BBQ area a DAY before the forms were going to be built. Zoe is always there for us and I mean ALWAYS. Devin provides top notch service every time and is definitely on top of the game as far as knowledge and experience. Anyone who works for Complete Pools always has the customer's best interests at heart and it shows in the quality of the results that they provide. Often when a project is done and I am asked, "would you use them again" unfortunately the answer is no. NOT in this case.......I would use Complete Pools again in a heartbeat. We are FANS for life!
