Additionally he replaced fascia boards and corner boards on our Cape Cod, along with replacing a wood skirt and gate on our side porch. It would be difficult to overstate the job he did. It began with not overselling and plenty of communication. We got exactly what we wanted, not what someone else wanted for us. We were particularly pleased with our front porch which fit our Cape Cod perfectly - the right size and the right look. We are all familiar with homes that are all porch or a porch that doesn't add to the look at all. It was a pre-cast porch that was precisely installed. We will choose Dream Builderz again for cedar shingle siding.
