Dean at King Construction was the most responsive and detail oriented during the bid phase. We found their price to be fair and agreed upon scope. When the crew showed up, they worked consistent 10 hour days and worked very hard. They were easy to work with and the crew leader, Gerald and Project Manager, Glen were very accommodating to our ideas while offering suggestions on the best ways to accomplish our goals. They were able to transform our old barn into a very usable structure that looks great. After completing the barn, King built us a new timber frame workshop. We are very pleased with the carpentry and the exterior workmanship. We also hired them for smaller jobs such as pouring retaining walls and removing an old corn crib while saving the old barn wood. I would not hesitate to recommend King Construction for any farm construction projects.
