He was the primary contractor hired to build my San Juan Island house in 2001. He was totally experienced at reading floor plans and engineering specs, as well as at every carpentry aspect of building a house. He also designed and built a tricky set of exterior cement stairs and installed free-floating manufactured wood flooring throughout the entire house -- all beautifully and perfectly done. He was always professional, a hard and efficient worker, a pleasure to work with, a giver of valuable advice and willing to go the extra mile when necessary. I was fortunate enough recently to have been introduced to one of the best Generals contractors I have had the pleasure to work with, the team at Napierinc Construction has a great set standards and quality building ethics behind them, being a Plumbing Contractor can be sometimes very difficult when the general contractor hasn't planned out the job, I have never in the 14 years of plumbing here on Orcas Island haven't seen such level in planning, it's always nice when I go to a new projects, and not have to start moving framing and without having to head out floor joist to install my plumbing. I would recommend Napier Construction to anyone I know. Great teams get great results, this is a value to anyone looking to build or remodel.
