> I have worked with Molly on two homes.  In the first one, she designed a beautiful, brand new powder room.  As I found. her late in the game back then,  I asked her to come in and work with existing furnishings to find artwork, window treatments, lighting and accessories to match what was already in the home.  She did so brilliantly.  The home was beautiful, well coordinated and was visually appealing.  After that house was sold, I knew 100% I wanted to work with Molly again, this time for the entire house, from scratch.  It was a complete blank slate.  We started with paint colors for every room and went from there.  We worked room by room.  Molly had amazing software where each piece of furniture, artwork, lighting, and carpet choice could be manipulated to get a real idea of how the finished room would look. Molly met me at furniture and carpet stores and found solutions for big and bulky furniture to fit down my basement stairs.  It all did for course!  Every thing I asked of her she was able to research and come back to me with options.  When there were problems with delivery (there were mistakes made by manufactures and a few pieces came damaged) she immediately intervened and took care of what needed to be done.).  That is the sign of a true professional - someone who is also there when things go wrong, as they inevitably do.  If I could give Molly 10 stars, I would!

**Q: Great couch** *(in Photo Questions)*

Hi, what is the make and model of the L-shaped beige/tan couch in the main photo? It looks great!

A: Thank you.  We purchased that a local boutique.

can you tell me who makes the sink

A: The sink was put in by the builder before I came onto the project.  I would suggest looking at Ferguson's website and Kohler.

**Q: what is the flooring?** *(in Photo Questions)*

A: It is tile.

**Q: Paint colors** *(in Photo Questions)*

I like this color and wanted to know if brand/number or name was available?

A: It is Benjamin Moore "Cement Gray" 2112-60.  It is gray with a purple undertone.  Thanks for the compliment!

**Q: Beautiful! Where did you purchase these oak "tread covers"?** *(in Photo Questions)*

A: Thank you!  The carpenter purchased these unfinished oak treads, and I chose the dark walnut stain.  He stained them before installing.  They are available at Lowe's and Home Depot.
