Withheld invoices for 6 months before sending an enormous bill. When the bill was sent, she apologized in the email for the big invoice and for not billing sooner or more frequently. I made a payment towards the invoice in good faith while seeking clarity for the charges that more than doubled the original bill proposal. I even asked for the same courtesy of lack of billing timeframe in a payment plan back and she denied. She got legal counsel and sued for lien plus interest and attorney fees. I paid it, what else are you going to do when there is no other option from this lady and a lien on your house. This transpired between Nov-Dec, not many months. Make sure you get weekly or monthly itemized billing if you choose this service, or avoid it due to the horrible customer service I encountered when it counts the most. **★★★★★ — Daya Ramos, May 2025** > My husband and I were working with a local design-build firm on our new custom home in central Austin. We wanted to add a media room and a gym. We also wanted to make our living room open and update the front look of the house. Sharon was outstanding in designing these modifications. She remodeled the living room and the front of the house without making any drastic changes to the structure of the house. She made recommendations to upgrade the kitchen as well again with minimal changes. The result is stunning. We wanted to add the media room and gym on top of the garage. She was instrumental in making sure the height of the rooms aligned with rest of the house. Also the stairs to go up to the rooms was seamlessly integrated with rest of the house even though it was challenging. During construction Sharon helped with so many decisions.
