> I recently had the absolute pleasure of working with Joe Mardo and his team to flip a coat closet. The doors originally opened up into a room which made the use of the room awkward to instead open up into a hallway for a better flow. My entire experience was positive from beginning to end. Joe contacted me right away after I inquired about getting a quote, the quote was given promptly with all my questions answered, and they were able to begin right away. Joe, his team, the subcontractors, including the plaster and painters, were always on time and professional. At the end of each workday, the area was left nice and clean. Everyone was also extremely nice and willing to answer any additional questions I had. The completed closet exceeded my expectations and I am just beyond happy that I went with Joe for my first interior project of my home. For any future projects, I will be going with JM Craftsmanship. Joe is the definition of what hiring a contractor should mean. From his office manager Chrissy, to his team Sean and Chris, I felt completely at ease the whole time of construction. Every phone call I made was returned in under 5 minutes, although I rarely needed to call, as Joe contacted me daily with times of workers arriving to updates. All sub- contractors Joe used were as excellent as he is. There really aren't adjectives to relay my sentiments and gratitude. I would never do a project again without JMCraftsmanship.
