Jobie was the first contractor not to blanch at the size of the job – rip out both bathrooms and the kitchen and completely redesign them, replace all the flooring, remove the spackle from the ceilings, and build floor to ceiling bookcases throughout. And he was brimming with creative ideas that we would never have come to on our own. > Of course there were glitches and yes, the work ran months overtime, but the outstanding artisanship of Dave Arnold, and his team, responsible for creating all the millwork we requested, and Paul Van Bavel, whose tile work in the kitchen, bathrooms and the floor to ceiling fireplace surround are beautiful beyond belief, prevent me from dwelling on them. The most important thing is communication and ease to work with.
