He was very knowledgeable about the product, answered every question I could have and the best part came in his careful attention to the shipping, checking in with me along the way on the progress of receiving the range and ensuring my satisfaction.  When I had trouble with not realizing I needed a higher voltage (220 instead of 110) for the range after installation - he immediately contacted ILVE, arranged a service tech to come and diagnose the issue and once installed properly it is a dream to cook on.  Robert also ensured I knew he was available at any time if I encountered any problems.  He was also very helpful and knowledgeable in guiding me through the process of sending in the manufacturing rebate.  His customer service is the best I've seen for any product I've ever purchased.  He goes out of his way to ensure that everything is just right.
