> From the time we walked into the store, (without an appointment) Emily stepped out to assist us. We put her through the gauntlet so to speak, asking tons of questions, multiple prices based on materials, various sink options, etc. She was always patient and extremely responsive. Their guy came out measure, Emily scheduled an install date, the guys showed up as promised, installed the countertop and sink, expertly I'll add. We added the backsplash. Overall, OVSS was a good choice - glad we went with them.

> Had granite counter top installed July 2016. They had mis-cut piece so had to recut. Surface was not adequately sealed so they had to reseal it. The sink glued to surface came loose and though we noticed spring of 2017, we didn’t call them till fall 2017 as we were traveling summer. They refused to fix under warranty as said it expired at 1 yr. Would have rated higher if they fixed the sink.
