When our project manager Christian called to say the material was in and he was coming by to install it, I told him about a little issue. A bear had gotten on our upper deck and ripped out a bunch of cables and bent a support. I was prepared to schedule and pay for the needed repair, but Christian took extra time that day to not only do what he came for but also to repair the significant damage with no additional charge, which was very nice.
