> I wish I could review this builder positively, as it appears his product would have been quite amazing. But our build is very delayed from this builder not being able to get subs (they don't have their own teams for pre-finish items), and there has been very little communication about status or progress despite many, many pleas to get information on our build. We requested plans on the home, and they refused to send them so we have no way to determine dimensions of the home or even accurate layout. They took a hefty earnest deposit (it was not our design, and build had already begun), and, once it was released, have been nearly impossible to communicate with about status of our home. They seem to not care at all about making sure we are happy.

I would recommend their services for luxury single-family or even muti-family depending on how much involvement they have. Easy to work with all the way around.
