As you might imagine, the phone started ringing non-stop. After agreeing to meet with four companies for bids, we felt we were in a good position to find one, with which to partner. Then the phone rang... again. I politely told the gentleman I already had four companies coming in for estimates and thanked him for calling. His response was, "When is the first appointment?" When I told him we were starting Monday, he said, "Great! I'll be there Sunday!" They listened to our needs, They were in constant communication throughout the entire process (9 weeks to be exact). It was pretty big job. They removed walls to make our entire kitchen/dining room/living room open concept. They replaced all the walls in this area (and ceiling) from plaster to drywall. They replaced all electrical, new floors, a most importantly, a brand new kitchen. They also replaced our plumbing clean out from the house to the street. Overall, they helped us to create a beautiful kitchen and living space, along with correcting our very old plumbing. If we wanted to make changes in the middle they were great at working with us. They were polite and always kept an attitude of excitement as we experienced this adventure.
