Although my second project, an addition, had numerous delays, most of those delay causes were circumstances out of their control (weather, supply shortage, etc.). All of the workers were polite, skilled, and always cleaned up any mess by the end of the day. The finishing work was excellent, and the project manager, Dave, was so helpful and reassuring. Eric was nice, however anytime we asked for a schedule on when contractors were going to work we never received one they just showed up whenever. When we had issues with a contractor Eric always defended the contractor and never would come and look at the situation. Example we had an issue with our basement cement and he said it was an impact issue that is not covered but his cement contractor promised he would fix it and Eric said how he just loved the cement guy for doing this even though it was not a warranty, however we made it clear that it was pointed out to the cement contractor immediately and it was not an impact issue. Needless to say the cement contractor never fixed the issue > > The plumbers were nice but again they would just show up whenever and work maybe two or four hours once or twice a week which delayed us getting done for over three months on a project that should have taken probably two weeks, they rushed to get our job done and errors were made so now we are nervous about what other issues will pop up that we don’t see now. Also still missing one electrical item that is on the invoice but probably will never get it. > > Would I recommend Emcon, No, they are disorganized and need to figure out scheduling and treat their customers better it’s the customer who pays and refers other people.
