This was my first major kitchen remodel and I was a little unsure going into it about working with a company who was a good three and a half hours away. Gary walked me through the process and made sure I felt comfortable. We made it to the showroom with our three young kids in tow and Clayton spent hours with us discussing possibilities and showing us different options. He was very patient and helpful. He wasn’t even bothered by our kids’ constant interruptions. I worked with Fred trading emails and phone calls over the course of a few months to get the design down and he never batted and eye at any of my requests or questions. He was very timely and thorough in his responses as well. > > When the design was complete and work had begun I think we were all caught a little off guard by the builder when the tear out day came and the he surprised us all saying he needed the cabinet guys the following day giving us roughly 16 hours notice before the final measurement. I thought we would have a few days to get on their schedule, but the builder wanted them right now. Again, they didn’t bat an eye and made the drive the next day even though I know they had to do some rearranging to make it work. > > After that was done, I was like a kid waiting for Christmas while waiting for installation day. When it came, I was so blown away, by the results. I have some not so usual appliances and everything fit perfectly. The finish carpenter who installed the cabinets kept raving about them too, and he was of retirement age, so I know he has seen and installed his fair share of cabinets. He kept telling me how nice they were and how easy they had been made to install. At the end of the first installment day we discovered that we had a couple of pieces that we needed and had to call them in that day. The next day they were hand delivered by Karla and while she was there my finish carpenter began raving to her too and was asking her for their business card. > > Now that everything is done and the project is complete I look around my kitchen today and I am so happy with the decision I made to work with Gossling Woodworking. My kitchen is my favorite place in the house. It’s so beautiful and the quality is amazing. I open up my cabinets and I still can’t believe how beautiful they are even on the inside.
