I was a bit concerned about how it would turn out since there were so many issues, but I'm thrilled to say that our floor looks fantastic now! There was so much work that they needed to do- boards removed, replaced cracked thresholds, etc., and the team handled it all. They took special care to ensure that our home was protected from dust and debris before starting the job and stuck to the schedule and price that they quoted. Can you please share the brand of engineered flooring used here? It’s beautiful. Also what is the stain color used? Was it prefinished or finished on site? Thanks!

A: The floor is 3/4" x 5" unfinished engineered white oak. Finished on site with custom mixed stain and water based satin finish.

**Q: Who is the vendor for this rug please?** *(in Photo Questions)*

A: The house was furnished after we finished so I don't have any information regarding staging.

**Q: Cabinet & Island Color** *(in Photo Questions)*

This is beautiful. Do you know the color and finished on the cabinets and island? Thanks!

You need to contact Cardea Building Co. We did the floor in that project and don't have any records of paint colors.
