> Wish we could have better things to say about this company but what we can tell you is they do not keep their word. We were forced to file a mechanics lien in order to collect the payment rightfully owed to us. The company owner, Gigi, dodged our calls for over two months until the mechanics lien was filed and the architect got involved and voila! Gigi finally returned our call, with several excuses for not getting back to us sooner that didn't even add up including her email not working (what about our voicemails?), the company changing ownership (which clearly never did)...

> That being said, despite a massive amount of effort, the matter got resolved, and you would not be witnessing this review right now if it weren't for the fact we have found ourselves in this situation yet again! Part 2 of the "GC Who Doesn't Like to Pay their Subs" Saga continues with a second project which due to its size, we had NOT filed a preliminary lien notice on. WLG aware of this, despite promising to pay on said project's open balance, has not kept their word and without the leverage of a mechanics lien to hold them to keeping their word this time, it looks like we will not be compensated a single dime of the time and labor we furnished for said project (despite them having been paid by their client already).

> We are selective with the homeowners and GC's we work with, not to mention we work hard to deliver exceptional quality work and keep to our word, so in our 15+ years of doing business fortunately it has been rare we have encountered these types of unfortunate situations. Nonetheless, it is horrible when it does happen and we hope to share our experience simply so others may be spared the headache and loss you will likely encounter by working with this firm.
