She showed us ideas that we would have never thought of.  She wanted to hear how we used our different rooms, and even custom designed some drawers for our lifestyle.  For example, we usually have lunch bags and water bottles lying around the counters, so now one drawer is dedicated to putting all of those away.  She literally measured our bottles and bags, and designed a drawer to accommodate all of them perfectly.  We love the color design and the contemporary look.  After completion of the home, she continues to stay in touch and offer support.  There are many moving pieces designing a home, but Kaimee made this part easy and beautiful.

> Ken and Lisa wanted to recreate the entire space to make it more inviting to guests with better traffic flow. They weren't kidding! It was a challenging project but the results speak well of their focus and determination. The old plan was well appointed but dated and tight. Relocating the refrigerator and cook top allowed current space planning innovations. Updated materials transformed the style in keeping with their modern lifestyles. This total makeover represents the best of what our industry can achieve when passion meets vision. Here are a few before pics. Good work Lisa! It was a real pleasure!

Looking for paint colors to replicate this look

A: Hi Kara
This kitchen features a multi step paint and glaze process from our cabinet brand Davis Mill and Cabinet. It’s not a standard paint color. If you look close you can see the glaze which is a 'Painterly" technique that us usually customizable to get a desired effect. A custom cabinet manufacturer can generally match any paint color or brand so the world is your oyster!

Could you tell me about the railings and the flooring?

A: Thank you! The flooring is 4” white oak with a clear coat.  The railing is just a horizontal railing powder coated.
