Installation team is as important as the window manufacturer. If your GC has not worked with steel windows before get a seasoned installer. Installer should work with GC and architect to ensure proper design for steel windows. Acadia has absolutely zero customer service and they could careless about your problems. The look and performance of steel is amazing! However, unlike nonsteel windows there is little room for error and installation requires special tools and skills. I would not recommend based on the disastrous customer service.
