I suggest deciding on as many details as possible up front as change orders get expensive (as with any ny contractor). Was pretty accurate on timing. They never finished the project and I had to have quite a bit of work done over by another contractor. I just gave up and paid them; didn't think it was worthwhile to sue. In some areas, I had to have it repainted because it white was showing through; looked like they didn't put on 2 coats. I am currently having the air conditioning piping done over and all the units pressure tested since we ran out of freon in two years. Leaks have already been found. Also, had to have the backyard paving stones torn up and reset. Let's not talk about the mess.Etc. > > They seem like nice people but they did not perform.
