To say that we were not disappointed would be an understatement. I was very nervous about undertaking a project long distance AND during a pandemic, but everything went very smoothly. From the initial meeting, where we talked about what we were trying to accomplish (where Jon had several wonderful suggestions), during material selection (where his suppliers were very accommodating of my limited time in town) and throughout construction (Sara kept me updated regularly with pictures, texts and phone calls) we worked as a team without any significant issues. The punch list was very small at the end of the job and the project was completed with vary little variance to the original bid. There were some delays, but nothing that could have been avoided in the current environment, and I was kept apprised of them promptly. I am so pleased with the result that I am allowing JSC to use my condo as a place to tour potential clients because seeing is believing!
