> This review is specific to Tony Gonzales who is the owner/operator of Crestview Builders.  Before striking out on his own Tony was the lead carpenter for Webb Builders in Redwood City.  Essentially Tony built my house.  He was always at the job site and worked hard every day. He built a beautiful house that after 10 years has been holding up well. The parts that he worked on haven't needed any rework and have held up great.  Tony I'm sure had many responsibilities but from my experience he led and managed the crew.  He read the blue prints and compiled his orders for materials and he also was available to answer any questions I had and was accomodating to my specifc requests. I would not hesistate to hire him if I needed a contractor.  He demonstrated a diverse range of skills from foundation work, to rough framing, to finish carpentry.  I have referred him to friends since I trust him to do a good job and focus on keeping customers happy.

## Community Q&A

**Q: Need creative thoughts on exterior!** *(in Landscape Design)*

Hi guys y’all are an amazing community so I’m back with another potential house. What would you do to make this exterior more charming? We used Romabio paint on our current home in a creamy color and I’m still a fan of that. Also landscaping? In the back, we have young kids and we want to demo the pool and make that all sod for now. (Later add a firepit area potentially). Do you have any words of wisdom on that process? Planning to involve a Hardscapes company once we’re under contract. Thank you thank you!! Our style is we like timeless classic looking homes and we are a young family.

A: Fantastic house! Have you thought of adding shutters on either side of windows in black? Also, symmetrical lantern type lighting at front entry would add some visual interest.
