> Large Reno and addition, worked relatively well; TWC organized, creative, hard working, calm;
> very good job on putting down extra foundation, framing, replacing and adding windows and overall planning of the project. Dealt mostly well with the fact that we wanted always input how things were done and finished.

> About half of his subcontractors excellent or pretty good, communicated well in terms of timing. However some subcontractors were sub par, and or not reliable - didn’t finish their jobs properly or not at all.....TWC ineffective in addressing deficiencies or major delays.
> Lots of things were not brought to completion despite generous time frame and doubling of budget, and became too expensive to have TWC be involved in finishing them....
> Despite of all above we are very happy with finished project......
