My new home is 25 years old, and as such it needed a complete new paint job, new flooring, refurbishing of the master bath, new pavers on the outside patio, and refurbishing of the garage, as well as small jobs throughout the home, e.g. new light fixtures and overhead fans, and some new facets in the bathroom and kitchen. Time was the biggest factor as my work schedule allowed only one move-in date, which was 3 weeks after COE. Michael was able to pull it all together and I moved on schedule.
