Boaz Bryant is unique amongst the multiple GC's available for this type of work in that he personally involves himself with all the daily activities of the trades work of the subcontractors he hires as his team. He communicates very well and visits the job site multiple days of each week throughout the project. He provides a thorough checklist of the work tasks that we wanted and develops a fair price and a schedule of all the work.
