> Tarhill Corp renovated a multifamily for me in Somerville that was in total disrepair. The floorplan was outdated and the upper duplex had 5 bedrooms and 1 bathroom! Nothing had been renovated in over 50 years. Tarhill handled all of the permitting and inspections to turn a 6 bedroom 2 bath property into a 6 bedroom 6 bath, by sealing up outdated pantries om two floors and converting them to ensuite baths and carving up an odd bedroom to create more closet space and a primary bath.
