The expression of her creativity has taken many forms. A classically trained ballerina, Michele studied art history at the University of Pennsylvania. After a short stint in the art world of Manhattan, Michele decided it was time to strike out in a completely new direction by enrolling at the Law School of the University of Southern California. While attending law school, she also began to develop an interest in interior design. Living a block from the ocean in Venice Beach, Michele infused her own town house renovation with the free-spirited vibrancy of Southern California. After passing the California bar exam, Michele practiced as an attorney in Los Angeles specializing in entertainment law. After returning to NYC, Michele graduated from the New York School of Interior Design and worked for a Design firm for five years, as an interior designer and project manager in Manhattan where she specialized in high-end residential renovations.
