> We were under a time crunch for our renovation, so chose stone that was in stock. We designed a lot of elements around that specific stone, and only after they’d done final measurements, after we’d paid a significant deposit, they told us the countertops would be a month late because they’d sold the slab they had in stock to someone else and we had to wait for a new shipment. Now we have to go with what they have in stock, which is either WAY more money, or not at all what we want. Total bait and switch.

> I didn't think it could get worse, but it did. When the install came for the new stone we had to choose, they had cut the countertop for the kitchen island a whole 6 inches too short. Six inches. They have to replace the entire thing, and we don't even have a replacement date. In the meantime,  we have no usable kitchen.

> Then they didn't cut out the right holes for the bathroom faucets, even though we'd given them the specs in advance. The guy said he would come the next day to drill new holes so we would not be without running water in the bathrooms, and he didn't show up. A week later and he still hasn't shown up, so we still don't have running water in the bathrooms.

> We chose a quartz countertop from a full slab on display in the Lethbridge satellite showroom. When the product arrived it looked nothing like the display sample. The workmanship was unprofessional with all five pieces cut incorrectly and definitely not cut in their state of the art facility as advertised. Edges and overhangs were uneven. There were visible tool marks on several pieces. Our brand new stainless steel sink was scratched when a corner piece was removed and recut three times. We were very disappointed with the whole install and asked to cancel the job and return our deposit. Jade Stone refused and insisted that they be allowed to rework the countertops. We reluctantly agreed. Three appointments were made and cancelled, always by Jade Stone, always with only one days notice. They finally came to remove the counters for reworking and promised to reinstall them in 4 days. They did not show up. We told them they would not be allowed back in our home. Ten voice mails to the service rep went unanswered. Sad that the only way to communicate with them was through the Better Business Bureau complaint site. Seven months later we have finally received some compensation for the damaged sink. They have not refunded our deposit.

> I dealt with Matt Graham at Jadestone. I used Jadestone for all my kitchen counters and they were great at adhering to my specs and needs as it was a full custom kitchern. The communcation was always clear and in a timely manner. The installation was quick and convenient as they were very flexible with the time frame. The final job looks impressive and I receive many complements on my counters.

**Q: Great Jadestone. What color and finish is this?** *(in Photo Questions)*

A: Correct.  The top and leg are constructed before we go to site and we put them together at installation.

Could you tell me the dimensions of the island? Thanks.

A: Unfortunately, we do not have the job files anymore.  If I had to guess based on what I see, I would say approx. 90" x 48".

**Q: love the colors and clean look.  Is that tile or wood flooring?** *(in Photo Questions)*

A: I believe they used a tile that mimics hardwood.

**Q: What kind of refrigerator is that?** *(in Photo Questions)*

A: sorry, I am unsure.  We did the stone countertops only.

**Q: What is dimension of kitchen?** *(in Photo Questions)*

A: sorry, I am unsure of the overall kitchen dimension.  If I had to guess based on what I see, I would say the range wall is approx. 11-12 feet and the wall oven/fridge wall is 7 feet (not including the pantry).  Hope this helps!

**Q: I's the cabinet black?** *(in Photo Questions)*

A: I don't believe so.  I think they are a dark brown.
