I want it to feel more cosy and look a bit prettier! please excuse the baby toys! any suggestions for decor? A: First of all, the rug should be under the feet of the sofa, not the TV console. Is it possible to float the couch in the center of the room facing the fireplace and mount the TV over the fireplace? If not is it possible to put the TV on the back wall (opposite the fireplace)? Also it would be nice to see bigger artwork on those walls. **Q: What color couch for this room?** *(in Design Dilemma)* We have found a sectional we like but are tying to decide on a color. The walls are a light tan. They have a light grey, darker great, light tan and darker tan. I'm no decorator so thought i would ask you guys. There are no and will be no curtains in the room. I attached a few pics. One is the floor color (kitchen) and one is showing the room in question while the floor was being done. A: You could easily do grey, cream, white, or tan. The mirror is too long to hang horizontal over the piece below it. **Q: bathroom update help needed** *(in Design Dilemma)* I would like to update our bathroom just with paint and new fixtures etc as it's just a temporary update. we will be redoing it all completely sometime so don't want to spend a lot of money. I was thinking of simply painting the cabinets and will re paint the walls. my hick-up is the counter tops are cream and if not done right cream and white can really clash, as well as the tiles being creamy, beige. below are some pics A: Do you have a mirror for your bathroom yet?
