From tear down to finish, we had our brand new home built in 6 months to the day. He has a great relationship with his subs, and treats them with respect (which was important to us). Our favorite part about David was his willingness to solve any issues that came up with his subcontractors. We had an issue where a piece of granite arrived cracked for our kitchen. The granite yard said the stone guys broke it en route, and the stone subs said the yard gave them an already cracked piece. There was no way to know the truth, and David swallowed the cost for us. That showed us someone who truly honors both his clients and his own responsibility as the general contractor. He also had great aesthetic input on our home, and since we didn't have a designer, this helped me greatly when it came time for major selections. I would definitely use him again if we ever decided to build again, and we have recommended him to all of our friends.
