We ordered faux wood Venetian blinds from them. The designer helped us to chose the right product and color, and the gentleman who measured and installed the blinds was very professional and accurate. The blinds themselves are beautiful, fit perfectly, and have a very high-end look. They will serve their purpose for many, many years. We were especially happy to know that they are made in the United States and that they have a distribution center only miles from our house. The whole experience of dealing with Custer Design Group was very pleasurable. The design professionals were meticulous in their selections and they have all the latest samples right in their showroom which made it easy for me. They removed a 7 foot Jacuzzi and an old shower and totally redid my master bath with all new cabinetry and tile. On the exterior, they sealed, painted and added stone to the exterior of my cedar home. It looks like new again. To quote a friend "It looks like something out of a magazine." The construction professionals are not only knowledgeable and excellent at what they do but they are courteous as well. Personally, Jenny was knowledgeable, with a very impressive showroom, and good about working with my ideas and budget. Through Custer Design Group, we had our sign done, flooring and wallpaper. The wallpapering was not an easy job, and although there were flaws, it was acceptable. It was by no means cheap, and the flooring was very poorly executed. The carpet, which was so carefully chosen for it's excellent commercial warranty, has a run right in the middle of the showroom floor, and the linoleum in the backrooms was done in a hurry. It was not sealed at the seams, and it had bubbles under the center. I complained, and they sent someone who looked at it and pronounced it acceptable, no redress. > After 2 years of use, the edges (in a doorway) are chipped and curled, and the bubbles have split, broken, and curled.
