> Nanco Homes Inc was the only builder we looked into when building our dream home! Not only are they knowledgeable but the quality of their work and the home are unbeatable!! They worked with our budget too and helped with alternatives and cutbacks if needed. I appreciated their honesty and feedback throughout the process. Timmy and Nancy are amazing to work with and were available for any question, concerns and help along the way. We will definitely consider them friends for life. I 1000% (yes 1000) recommend Nanco Homes for your home build. You will NOT be disappointed.

**★★★★★ — HU-633871689, June 2020**

> Nanco Homes was the first builders that wowed us when we began looking for someone to build our home. Nancy and Tim demonstrated patience, expertise, transparency, timely and true professionalism throughout the process. Of course nothing is perfect and there will always be things out of everyone’s control but they tried and did their best to find solutions and roll with the punches. We couldn’t be more satisfied and grateful for their services. Our home turned out to be absolutely gorgeous!

**★★★★★ — Lindsay Lopez, Aug. 2019**

> Excellent builders! Nanco Homes built our dream home this past year and we could not be more happy with the result. The personal customer service we received from Timmy and Nancy during our build was more than a 5 star. Every step of the way Nancy was just a text or email away and responds promptly. The quality of our home exceeded our expectations and we actually received higher quality of a product than we thought we could afford. I recommend Nanco Homes for your next build. Its like building your house with family:)

**★★★★★ — Bob Ballew, Aug. 2018**

> Working with Nancy and Timmy at Nanco Homes has been great. Their knowledge and professionalism ensured that we got exactly what we were looking for in a custom home builder. The process was so much easier than I had expected. Timmy and Nancy answered all the questions we had and were willing to make any changes along the way. Fortunately, we stayed within our budget on the house and we owe much of that to them. We did add a deck to the back of the house that was not in the original plans, but it was well worth it. The subcontractors were great to work with and were always open to minor changes. As a result, we were able to achieve the style and look that we were going for.
>
> I would highly recommend Nanco Homes to anyone wanting to have a custom home built.

**★★★★★ — Sherri Maruska, Aug. 2016**

**★★★★★ — LeAnn Gola, Sept. 2015**

> Nanco was the first and only builder we looked to when we began the new home building process. They have a great reputation and their product speaks for itself.

## Community Q&A

**Q: I know color is custom, but can you share the formula, or close match?** *(in Photo Questions)*

Would love to know the color of the siding - I realize it is custom, but is there a formula, or closest match available?

A: Unfortunately I don’t have that information. The homeowner has just sold the house, however, we are working with him on another project so I will ask him if he has any information on the paint.

**Q: What color is the siding?** *(in Photo Questions)*

What color is the siding?

A: This was a custom match paint color through Kelly Moore paints.
