Ralph has always carried himself in a professional manner and strives to give each of his clients what they want in their home. I've personally spent many hours with him on the jobsite with a homeowner well past "normal quitting time". He is always trying to make sure that his subcontractors do everything as close to perfect as they can to make sure the homeowners will be completely satisfied with their home. In January of 2015, we wrote a glowing review of his company. The building process was easy, communication was always easy and we had only a few issues during the process. The issues that we did have, some mold appearing on the stucco of the home, mold appearing downstairs, and mold appearing on an interior wall, we are being " taken care of" by Ralph and I honestly felt this was the case. Two years later, I must amend our previous review. After completion of the house and final payment to Ralph, our problems became pushed back and not addressed. This led me to having a home inspection done on which many problems were pointed out to me (some of which we had already complained about, some of which we weren't aware of). The crawlspace in the home had inadequate moisture control and led to mold forming in the lower level of the home. Ralph apologized and had someone come out to the house and put vents in the crawlspace (which were left untrimmed and looked awful for over a year). I covered the exposed ground myself and fixed the rest of the problems. The stucco has rust and mold forming all over it. One attempt to "touch up" the problem made the house look even worse. Any attempts to get it fixed after that have been repeatedly ignored by Ralph. When I finally got Ralph to send out his new stucco contractor, he informed me that only way the house would even look right is to resurface the entice exterior. All attempts to get Ralph to pay for this have been ignored. The mold inside the living room that Ralph first blamed on paint and had me repaint the wall, came back over and over. He said he would have the mold inspected by steamatic, but never did. Finally, I called steamatic myself. The wall has 100% moisture content and had water leaking straight in from the roof. Now the whole wall has to be torn out, insulation removed, the wall dried and treated for mold, and re dry-walled and painted. Ralph was given this report and now wants to send his drywall contractor to the house to tear it out, LEAVING THE MOLD EXPOSED TO MY LIVIMG AREA, to see where the water is coming in. Obviously you cannot allow mold to be exposed into a living area for health reasons, not to mention that removing the drywall will only cause the water leak to run directly into my living room. Two years of attempting to get Ralph to fix the problems in the home, and the matter is still not addressed. I would gladly show anyone looking to hire this company the kind of work they do first hand, as well as the repeated is ignored emails and lies told by Ralph Hughes promising to fix these issues. Attaches are pictures of my home; if this is the quality of work you are looking for in your home, then please give him a call. Have you ever done just a hot tub with no pool? A: This is a plunge pool . It has jets and heated for winter use. They turn off the heater and just use it for a plunge pool in the summer. I’m sorry but I don’t remember the color. **Q: how big is master br closets?** *(in Photo Questions)* A: Minta The original plan called for a 6' x 17' closet in the master.
