> We had the pleasure of building our first custom designed home on Kiawah Island with Kara and Neal this past year.  From the moment we met with them (along with several other general contractors) we knew that our dream of building a home on Kiawah to enjoy with family and friends was in good hands with the Crowells.  What we feared would be an overwhelming process between all of the selections for the home combined with the fact that we live out of state actually became a very gratifying experience.  Kara and Neal's relationship with their subcontractors was key in this process as we believe it helped deliver a beautiful home in a very timely manner.  We also believe that their organization, communication and knowledge of products and costs enabled us to truly enjoy this process.  We would do it again with Cinder Creek in a heartbeat!

> Neal and Kara of Cinder Creek were wonderful to work with.  We are in Maryland and were building our second/retirement home located in South Carolina.  We broke ground in April 2016 and settled in February 2017 with a hurricane mixed into the process.  Many decisions were able to be made over the internet and the visits for selections and decisions were very efficiently scheduled. We were easily able to complete our part of the process. They have very good relationships with their subs and the suppliers in the area so that the process was pretty much seamless. Requests for changes were explained thoroughly so that we were able to make informed decisions.  The attention to detail was excellent.  The finishes in our home are beautiful and we receive compliments from folks driving and walking by all of the time.  Cinder Creek were not only excellent during the building process but they have been very helpful with questions since we settled in February.  Very professional and the quality of the work is superior.

Looking for the quartz used and info on the stools please.

A: Counters are Nuage Quartzite. I did not source the stools so I don't have that information.

A: I don't have the name but the owner provided it from Serena and Lilly

I love the color combinations on all the surfaces!

A: Here are the colors for that home:
Stucco- SW2848 Roycroft Pewter; Siding- SW2849 Westchester Gray; Trim- SW-2850 Chelsea Gray. Hope that helps!

**Q: Can you tell me about the bathroom floor?** *(in Photo Questions)*

What materials and color are on the bathroom floor please?

A: It is a porcelain tile, but I can not recall teh name. It was sourced from Melcer Tile in North Charleston. It's very versatile and it's been used in many of our projects and looks completely different in each. It has creams, taupe, grey, and brown tones in it. Hope that helps.
