I first went to Jim to design my living room. We went from a completely blank canvas to a simply spectacular room that is a reflection of my personal taste with the finest materials and custom furniture and accessories. Jim listens to your vision, presents you with options and literally takes care of everything. If something doesn't go right with a subcontractor (which is very very rare) Jim handles everything for you. He works with the finest craftsmen in the business. I loved what Jim did for my living room so much, I then went back to him for my family room, and finally master bath. The master is like something from a 5 star luxury hotel. Jim has helped me create my dream home. He can do the same for you. If I could give him a 10 star rating, I would. I cannot give enough praise to the beautiful colors and fabrics he put together for the furniture as well as the paint colors and wallpaper choices + hardwood flooring. He is very easy to work with and very willing to look at multiple options and "go back to the drawing board" if your taste and his do not initially agree while still making sure that you don't pick crazy colors or ideas that you would later regret. He designs custom furniture which is very elegant and refined. > finally, he and Bill run a well-organized small business that makes the entire experience very easy to handle so you can focus on your own work/life. They make all of the details of working with a homeowner's association and delivery rules invisible to you so you don't have to manage the details. I also appreciate that Jim uses many local small businesses/contractors in the community rather than large, impersonal companies. You can see the results in the craftsmanship and installation (flooring, painting, wallpaper, hand crafted furniture, etc...) I thought I would give him all my ideas and he would just work around them, because in my mind, there was no other way to do it. I was so wrong on so many levels. Jim always had multiple ideas on how to work an area, and they were all so creative, it was hard to pick one. He was so professional and always respectful with how I wanted the project to become. I really cannot imagine the space if it weren't designed by him and I couldn't be happier with the way it turned out.
