My initial telephone conversation with Andrea was positive and a contract outlining the terms of services was sent to me for review. After receiving the contract, I discussed some questions/concerns with her partner and an in-home consolation was then set up very quickly after. Andrea came to my home and was very easy to talk to and discuss the areas I was looking to have help with. I liked some of her initial thoughts on usage of space. Before leaving she asked if I had returned the contract, to which I told her there had been a typo included (that I had originally pointed out to her partner) and that I could just manually strike that area and return it to her. We recently changed email servers and addresses and unfortunately during the switch/merge some things fell through the cracks. We are asking ourselves why you didn’t try reaching out via phone, or any other platform…there are several of them that could have been used to get in touch with us, including Houzz. In addition our Design staff is available every day and we have a Voice Mail in case we miss a phone call. Our clients are very important to us, we work very hard for them and we do everything in our power to make sure that we stay on top of daily activity and respond in a timely manner. This took our attention away but we still made sure to communicate the circumstances to our customers.
