**Q: Need help: Front of our old house** *(in Design Dilemma)*

Exterior color for a very modern look
Hello. We are redeveloping our house within the coming months. All the front windows are dark green. The new entry door will be dark green, too. The roof will be black (modern black roof tiles). We thought about grey or taupe for the exterior color. What do you think about it? Our goal is to get a modern look. We know that won't be easy ... Thanks in advance for any modern style idea!!! :-)

A: Try light grey stucco with a touch of Moss green, it's modern and will compliment the green windows. Add some rock that picks up the greens and greys and trim the windows and doors in black if you want to keep the architectural trim. You can also put a matching trim like a baseboard around the bottom in black to bring your eye down the building. Just a thought!
