His quote was specific and any time I strayed, it was obvious that I could save money there or it would cost me more.  There were no guessing games.  The finished product is what I had envisioned and more!!!  I can't recommend Berend Construction any higher.  I had one other company come in and quote the job and they wanted to pick every piece (tiles, counter and cabinets) right there and then pressured us to sign a contract.  Left a bad taste.  So happy I had Berend Construction come quote as well.
