I work with buyers to find the appropriate property in the location they prefer. Prior to purchase, and based on the client's individual needs, I provide re-design and space planning of the interior and design drawings of what the house could become. This allows buyers to visualize the structure's fullest potential. For sellers, I offer re-design and space planning along with design drawings, to enable potential buyers to envision a maximized interior space. This gives my sellers a huge advantage when marketing their property. Whether it's renovating your current home or a newly-purchased house, I work in partnership with my clients to understand their specific needs. This information is the foundation of our designs, providing the style and functionality unique to them, a reflection of their personality and the way they live and work in the space that is, or will be, their home. This merger of my two passions is Florida Real Estate & Design™. I also work with clients to purchase new construction as well as investors to purchase and redesign investment properties.
