> In the summer of 2015, I bought a condo in Yaletown for its location and its beautiful views of False Creek. However it’s interior was rather dated and tired. I searched Houzz.com, found and loved Mike’s modern minimalist clean design style, and engaged his company to renovate the condo – kitchen redesign, flooring and painting.  His work completely rejuvenated the space! I love the functional  white kitchen design with all the compact European appliances, thus alleviating the small cramped dark feeling that was there before the renovation. He replaced the maple flooring with beautiful modern wide plank white oak floors, and he selected only one paint colour for the entire home, Benjamin Moore’s Oxford White. The near-achromous minimalist interior gives the condo a clean, crisp and spacious feel, which is important for this 900sq ft. condo, and it also allows our furnishings and the beautiful view of False Creek to take centre stage.

I love the wall colour.  Can you tell me what it is?  Thanks

A: It was a half tint of Benjamin Moore Cloud White CC-40

A: Thank you Jenzter. We used a Benjamin Moore colour: Decorator's White CC-20, which worked well with the Glacier White Corian vanity top and gloss white subway tile.

Love these Windows! Can you give me the dimensions of the ones pictures please. Nicely done.

A: The one on the far left is 20"x66", center is 90"x66" and the right is 24"x66".

**Q: Love the design, amazing in every way, bed?** *(in Photo Questions)*

It is unbelievable what you have done with such small space. Where is the bed in this unit? is there murphy bed or the couches to be used?

A: Great question. The unit was only a 420sf bachelor suite located in the heart of Downtown Vancouver. One option was to have the tall cabinets hide a Murphy Bed and use a small storage room located behind the tall cabinets as a walk-in closet. However, the client chose to have the storage space transformed into a micro bedroom with built-in night table. Although small, there was enough room for a chair, another floating cabinet and wall mounted TV for late night viewing. Cheers!

**Q: Color paint for kitchen ceiling.** *(in Photo Questions)*

What kind of white do you put on a kitchen ceiling? The paint color.

A: Often we use a high-hide ceiling white paint. Other times we may use the same white we use for the kitchen walls (ie: BM-20 Decorator's White in Eggeshell). Hope that helps!
