We were a bit hesitant to work remotely as Ashley was in Denver at the time. We got over that hurdle quickly using Zoom and MagicPlan, tools which brought her virtually inside the house. I will have to say face-to-face in person is better, but Ashley's availability, flexibility, enthusiasm and attitude can't be beat. We focused on kitchen and bath renovations. Ashley provided designs, and revisions, in PDF files which were easy to use. We printed these for our contractor, a local guy, and then discussed the plans via conference calls. We have found some surprises behind the walls, which has slowed progress and forced us to regroup. We are still in the design phase; so we don't have photos for review. We hired Ashley to give us updated design ideas while respecting the character and maintaining the historical integrity of this house.
