I called and my first question was, "how quickly can I get 6 interior doors painted and installed?". The woman on the phone advised me that their typical turn around time was 4 weeks. I decided that I would make an appointment and get the ball rolling anyways. Before I had called, I had sent an email. The owner of the company, Mr. King, had called me back the next day (after I'd already made my appointment). I explained to him my situation about being in a real time crunch to get these doors installed in time for our open house. He told me that if I would choice a door style out of the 'standard' choices (of which there were about 6 and because they were readily available) that he could probably get it done on my time frame. > > 2 days later, their consultant Coby was at our home right on time. He said that after looking at the style of our home, he recommended going with the 2-panel design. The representative ID&CC sent out do the estimate was highly superior to that of the competitor. He knew the product well, could describe what kind of wood they used, the process for building the doors, and timing on delivery. I almost felt like it was his own company vs. the competitor who seemed more like a sales guy who didn't really understand much detail about the product. The ID&CC rep gave me a fair estimate and didn't try to upsell me. I ended up getting the mirrored doors framed by wood - they are so elegant and I get so many compliments on them. The installation team that came to install the doors was super professional, thorough, and left everything clean. I am super happy that I chose this company as they deliver a quality product and excellent customer service. I had never heard of them prior to getting their flier in the mail and checking Yelp reviews. I don't give a 5-star recommendation out very easily. I paid a little bit more to use this company but I am someone who puts a high value on quality and customer service.
