We were under contract to put in a swimming pool (contracted with another company for pool only - not RTK) and were looking for someone to do our patio, landscaping, and pavilion. From day one working with him, he looked out for our best interest. Bob dedicated time and reviewed our pool plan and provided us with suggestions for our yard and changed our plans based on our needs. He recognized issues with the pool plan immediately and fixed things so that our experience was smooth and in line with our wishes. Bob was great from the get go and he listened, which I can't say enough about.
