Starting with a significant floor plan change we swapped a bedroom for a kitchen which is a tall order to begin with. However, accomplishing this while maintaining the original character of the home is where William really shines. Meticulous is the best way to describe William. He went out of his way to match transoms, blend flooring, and other small touches that add up to an amazing result. Our project involved adding an entire downstairs as well. This differed significantly from the upstairs because it was essentially a blank canvas. Viewing the finished space I can honestly say I have never met a contractor that was able to do both old and new construction so well. You feel as if this space was present all along. There was never a surprise financially. He was very careful with our money and very open regarding the budget.
