Custom designed with colors,furniture, fixtures and materials in close partnership with the owners to give them exactly what they wanted. This home was restored from a botched Spanish conversion that had left this modern floor plan with a giant stucco wall blocking the entire house. A: The Pagoda umbrellas are the Sunbrella Sunflower color.

Is this diamond brite super blue or aqua blue?

A: Hello! That is actually standard white plaster.  It looks blue due to the lighting in the pool.

I am looking for mid century breeze blocks

A: The breeze blocks are so hard to find! They don't make this one anymore :( If you look it up as "screen blocks" and try "orco" they might have something in your local area. We need someone to open up new breeze block factories!

**Q: Are these windows tinted and what color?** *(in Photo Questions)*

Is it the setting sun that makes these windows appear blue tinted, or are they clear?

A: The house is now fitted with curtains/roller shades to protect from the sun in the hottest parts of the day. Luckily this house as North/South facing windows so the sun doesn't come in directly very often. The view directly out the windows is North. :)

I live in the Palm Springs area, would like to see how these great photos compare to in person opportunity. It looks so very mid/modern with a warmth to it.

A: Hi! This property is privately owned but was on the Modernism Walking Tour for the neighborhood last year. I don't expect it to be on this year but an H3K house or two are usually on tours around the valley. By the way it looks just as good if not better in person, a really vibrant house!
